The successful business process begins with the setting of effective mission objective and achievement of business purposes. The CRM approach includes an application of effective technical support, customer service, and technology to synchronize sales, automate and organize. These applications of technologies, strategies, and practices to evaluate, record and manage customer interactions can be efficiently maintained by knowing processes involved in business operations.

The primary aim of the paper is to provide an extensive review of the importance of understanding business processes towards the development of successful customer relationship management project initiatives. Moreover, the paper will acquaint with the importance and role of business processes.The objective of the paper is to emphasize an increased understanding of the business process. The paper suggests that considerate and thoughtful of different perspectives on different levels of the business process.

It also recommends that the implementation and application of successful adoption of CRM initiatives are determined by understanding business processes. The core business processes on an organization are outputs expected, inputs require, the time is taken from existing point to predicted point, responsibilities and rolesThe customer relationship management is termed as an effective approach to manage interactions of businesses with future and current clients and consumers. The solutions provided on CRM initiatives helps to deliver better customer service and provide products and services that are required by customers.
