The Growing Divorce Cases In Today Society Introduction Divorce refers to the formal dissolution of a given marriage between two parties. The contemporary society identifies marriage as a formal union between a man and woman to become husband and wife. The union is typical a recognition that originates from the legal approach of the societal dimension. Divorce contributes largely to the modern world and is perceived as a common issue trending the family institution and societal settings. The rising divorce rates generate a trending pattern that affects the emotional stability translating to a negative effect on the family survival. 1. Research Problem The effects of divorce widely affect the children development and growth within a typical family surrounding. The emergence of family misunderstanding victimizes children as they depend entirely on the parental care and support during growth. The emotional depression experienced by the family members results in emotional agony and fear. Divorce assumes two approaches that include the legal pursuit and communal understanding. Both approaches draw ground from fault based scenarios and non-fault cases (Youngerman et al., 191). As a wide topic of discussion, divorce assumes different perspectives in the contemporary society with reference from cases resolved in the history. Under the no-fault approach, divorce requires no allegation of committed offence. The divorce agreements originate from established understanding between both parties on dominating matter beforehand. This paper will elaborate on the causes of divorce through an analysis of the modern family conflict. The discussion will revolve around the modern day issues resulting to marriage dissolutions. Through the presentation, emerging divorce traditions will be elaborated in a critical and analytical system (Youngerman et al., 211). 2. Problem Concepts A view on the nature of divorce illustrates many theories to elaborate the common trend. Different individuals view divorce from varied angles with many taking position from a negative perspective. Such persons blame the social institutions for failing to regulate internal conflicts among the husband and wife. According to the theory from such individuals, the social institutions lack adequate instructions to the couples (Youngerman et al., 197). A further documentation also shows a laxity from the community organs in enhancing higher societal demands. The reasoning suggests that such institutions ought to establish effective partner communication and instill historic family norms. The adoption of such policies would narrow the gap between misunderstanding and marriage dissolutions within a community and the world. Under such arguments, opinionated interest could arise as a matter of reference for the increased divorce. The arising general view shows the origin of the problem as community failure. Lack of responsibility, change in traditional values and misguided family unions also hint on the changing societal values (Youngerman et al., 213). Different experts also examine divorce as micro element originating from the family institution rather than the societal setting or community. The approach analyzes individual character from a central point within a given family setting. According to the analysis, individual behavior depicts conduct among the married couples (Youngerman et al., 168). A large population of the world prefers advice from friends and relatives as alternatives to solving family problems. As such the probability of influencing an individual’s decision is possible. The contemporary society also views divorce as a way of individual benefits. Under the theory, many individuals or partners omit key consideration during the divorce program. 3. Unit of Analysis The history of marriages originates from a family composition that consists of a man, wife and the children. In the recent years, divorce emerges as a dominating issue among family unions or marriages. The perception of the tradition seems a normal and expected occasion with rising numbers of divorce cases. Common case practice sighting divorce includes single parenting or extended family parenting and same-sex parties with adopted children. These community scenarios explain a farfetched extend of the rising cases of divorce in the modern world. As such, the discussion on the presented case necessitates a critical analysis of the current world issue (Youngerman et al., 205). 4. Hypothesis Related To the Problem Attorney fees, court expenses, maintenance costs and child support funds are exemplary expenditures associated to the divorce program. Some parties view that, through such expenditures, they would retaliate on their spouses or partners. Under such circumstances, the parties would revenge or earlier conflicts and misery in the marriage. This notion is baseless as the program imposes financial constraints on both the parties. In given circumstances where the responsibilities are shared, the parties suffer from taxes as the government collects revenues to manage the judicial institutions. In the modern society, individuals support divorce as an escape to responsibilities and other arising matters (Youngerman et al., 179). However, in reality such individuals destroy the existing moral dimension within a community or society. As such the rising cases are a result of means to terminate either control or a way of avoiding moral obligations defined in the family institutions. The resultant effects of such action reveal a concealed notion behind the legal marriages from different parties. At this juncture, questioning marriage intent forms a fundamental ground for judging the future of a given household or family. This approach is in the interest of the children in the family which enables individuals to eliminate future misery and suffering (Youngerman et al., 201). As such, the establishment of community groups will translate to a reduction in the divorce rates and minimize legal provisions for such critical matters. External factors influence a given behavior pattern that affects the other parties resulting to unprecedented action. This approach illustrates that the family members or individuals with close relationships to the couples instigate or influence behavior change prompting the marriage dissolutions. According to the theory, divorce originates from external influence on the involved parties. The view eliminates the possibility of culture generalization or societal background. Instead the two parties are responsibly accounted as the main characters engaging in the marriage dissolution. Logically, the theory is credible due to the existing interaction platform among family members and friends. A logical analysis depicts that many wives or husband share family problems to friends and relatives (Youngerman et al., 195). Under normal circumstances, the human mind is bound to insignificance, which could translate to taking sides. The conflict of interest would later result in misinformed advice and decision making prompting the individual differences. 5. The Variables in the Hypothesis Divorce as a wide element in the contemporary society entails varied variables that form the hypothesis in the discussion. Among the leading variables that enable indirect comparison include a given child’s relationship to either the parties during the divorce period. Logically, many factors influence the overall relationship at the divorce period and the initial marriage relationship. These factors depict an inconsistent patent and behavior change among the individuals. As such determining a definite behavior is impossible due to the varying terms provided in the divorce papers (Youngerman et al., 188). The year count after the divorce also sums the evident variables in the discussion. Under such conditions of a divorce between parents, probable prediction is eliminated due to the year count and inevitable changes in the family setup. A paternal involvement also contributes as a major variable during the establishment of the hypothesis. A common behavior acknowledges changes due to the child’s age during the divorce. Under the discussion father-child relationships result in detrimental condition through the divorce phase. As such, the child’s behavior deteriorates in terms of discipline, academic excellence and general protection due to lack of the survival skills inherent from a male spouse (Youngerman et al., 191). 6. The Relationship Divorce refers to the formal dissolution of a given marriage between two parities. The contemporary society identifies marriage as a formal union between a man and woman to become husband and wife. As a wide topic of discussion, divorce assumes different perspectives in the contemporary society with reference from cases resolved in the past history. Lack of responsibility, change in traditional values and misguided family unions also hint on the changing societal values. The contemporary society also views divorce as a way of individual benefits. Many individuals or partners omit key consideration during the divorce program. External factors influence a given behavior pattern that affects the other parties resulting to unprecedented action. A logical analysis depicts that many wives or husband share family problems to friends and relatives. Under normal circumstances, the human mind is bound to insignificance, which could translate to taking sides. The conflict of interest would later result in misinformed advice and decision making prompting the individual differences. Divorce rates increase over the years rapidly due to conflicts of interest within the family settings. Understating the circumstances leading to probable divorce case is a complicated societal aspect. Negative communication among the married couples dominates the rising divorce cases witnessed in the contemporary society. The notion on the unrealistic nature of marriage originates from formulated opinions that resist individual change. Change is vital for a marriage as this will establish a mutual understanding among partners and trigger growth as a couple. Work Cited Youngerman, Barry, Amber Barnes, Robert N. Golden, and Fred L.
